SENT

System of electronic transport supervision
Only for transports of goods on territory of Poland

If you transport goods covered by the SENT system, you must have an operational device in the vehicle transmitting geolocation data:

  • Transics
  • Smartphone with installed E-Toll application  activated functions „location” and „mobile data”

NOTE: in the phone you should turn off the energy saving mode because the application will not work properly

You’re obliged to ask Jola in order to installation of dedicated application on your mobile phone. If you do not have a smartphone, please take it from Marzena.

Using of E-Toll application

Launching the application

Find on the list with installed applications an icon needed to launch the E-Toll app.

Click on the icon dedicated to e-Toll app

Press the button – set up the route/Konfiguruj przejazd.

You are allowed to finish configuration only when the first drive under SENT will be sent by the forwarder

If the following screen appears when starting the application Battery optimization/optymalizacja baterii: select OK button, which takes you to the smartphone’s settings, where you should find Battery optimization option.
Note! For proper working of the application function „battery optimization” must be turned off

Choose  – Always allow/ ZAWSZE ZEZWALAJ

After choosing an option „Always allow”/”Zawsze zezwalaj” , application goes to another configuration setup screen.

 

In the next step you have to choose the way of tracking. You have following devices to choice:
Mobile application on your smartphone or ZSL/OBU
Choose always: Mobile application on your phone/Aplikacja mobilna na telefonie

Using of E-Toll application

Activate your route

Icon must be on blue

Next list of notifications will be shown. Active will be only present SENT notification. This SENT key were sent by forwarder on Transics platform.
Please mark your SENT key on the list. Accept your choice with button “Confirm” / “Potwierdź”

Clicking „Confirm” you will be moved to screen on which you can start your routing. Type of routing is always shown on the top of the screen. Always it’s a SENT routing.

Start your routing/ Rozpocznij przejazd

Note! During your routing pay attention to color of the icon.

If any icon has color other then green, it means  that chosen module works improperly.

Battery

Icon informs about the battery charging level. Particular color means:

  • green color means that charging level is lowe than 50%
  • orange color means that charging lever is between 20 and 50% and it’s suggested to stop the truck, in order to connecting device to the charger.
  • red color means that charging level is lower than 20% and it’s necessary to stop the truck  in order to connecting device to the charger.

GPS signal level

Icon informs you about GPS signal level and paralel about time elapsed time from the last update of truck location:

  • green color means proper working of GPS module and present update of location
  • orange color means lack of present update of location over 10 minutes
  • red color means lack of present update of location over 60 minutes

Communication with the internet

This icon informs that during the drive all geolocation data are continuously sent via Internet to system which coordinates the application. Particular colors of the icon mean:

  • green color –  means proper communiaction with server and present, updated location
  • orange color –  means lack of location update for over 10 minutes
  • red color – means no position update for more than 60 minutes.

Routing summary

After finishing of routing it’s enough to click icon „Zakończ przejazd” / „Finish drive” after unloading or after crossing border when we leave Poland

When you click icon „Zakończ przejazd” / „Finish drive” proper summary for SENT routing will be displayed.

Remember! Turn off the internet in your smartphone.

Cancellation of routing configuration

If it’s necessary to cancel routing, after clicking on icon  following communicate will be displayed:
Cancel configuration/Anuluj konfigutację 
After clicking „Potwierdź” / „Confirm” screen dedicated to new routing will be displayed.

NOTE!!!

If you see, that Transics and your phone are out of work during 1 hour, stop your truck at the nearest parking or at other place where parking is allowed and contact your forwarder.

One device, Transics or smartphone with launched E-Toll application must be active.

REMEMBER

  • don’t turn off batteries in your trucks for longer than 1 hour.
  • if you have to turn off batteries, leave the smartphone with launched application E-Toll, connected to charger at you truck or nearby (in the office at headquarteres there are special dedicated chargers)
  • Smartphone must be charged
  • at the headquarters please inform the Manager of workshop that you drive with goods which go under SENT

Consequences for breaking the rules:

or rules in matter of sending geolocation data Anneberg can be fined with 10.000,00 PLN and the driver from 5.000,00 PLN up to 7.000,00 PLN

NOTE!  in case of inspection at first inform about serial number of Transics device. This number you can find in section – documents with it’s name „sent_nr rej samochodu”.
